OMSB Viva Preparation Course

1. Course Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, participants are granted access to the OMSB Viva Preparation Course materials for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Access is non-transferable and intended solely for the registered participant.

Vidan Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure course content at its discretion.

2. Scope of Service

The sole obligation of Vidan Solutions Ltd under this course is to provide access to pre-recorded educational materials and associated downloadable resources for the specified access period.

Vidan Solutions Ltd does not provide:

Personalized coaching
Private mentoring
Live group coaching sessions
Individual performance evaluations
Exam registration support
Employment placement services (unless separately contracted)

Any references within course materials to live coaching or additional services relate to historical offerings for private recruitment clients and are no longer applicable.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Success

The OMSB Viva examination outcome is influenced by multiple factors including, but not limited to:

The participant’s prior medical knowledge
Clinical experience
Level of preparation
Study discipline
Examination performance
Personal competence
Psychological readiness

Vidan Solutions Ltd makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

Passing the OMSB Viva
Achieving a specific score
Offering Jobs or positions in Oman
Examination outcomes
Employment opportunities

Examination results are subjective and vary from candidate to candidate.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vidan Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for:

Examination failure
Delayed or unsuccessful registration
Psychological distress related to exam preparation
Financial losses
Career decisions made based on course participation
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Participation in the course is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s sole discretion and risk.

5. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final /No refunds after access is granted.
